Before deleting your GENESIS account
Before proceeding with the deletion of your account, it is essential to understand that all your information, including your attendance analysis data, will be permanently lost. This data loss is irreversible and cannot be recovered once the deletion is completed.
It is recommended to inform your management about the deletion of your account. This will allow them to take the necessary steps regarding your request and ensure the continuity of operations.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the account deletion process, do not hesitate to contact your department head's assistant. They will be there to help you understand the process and answer any questions you may have.
Follow these steps to delete your GENESIS account
After logging into your GENESIS account, click on the hamburger menu located at the top left of the interface.
In the menu, locate and click on the edit icon (pencil) next to your username to access your profile settings.
In your profile, look for the "Delete My Account" option and click on the delete icon (trash can) next to the label. A confirmation modal window will appear to validate your choice.
In the confirmation window, carefully read the warning and then click the "OK" button to confirm. This action will immediately trigger the permanent deletion of your account.
